All of our units are custom constructed to fit the size you request. Please be sure that the wig you choose is the wig you want, i.e., color, style, and length. Because of the nature of the product, "custom wigs" there are no refunds or exchanges. Please place head size (measurements) in the comments section of your order. We inspect each item before shipping to ensure there are no flaws or damaged. Please be sure to check that correct sizes are selected.
We inspect all wigs prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your specification and our high quality standards. Delivery time is 4-6 weeks. Delivery for clothing & accessories, please allow 10-14 business days and for delivery on all stock wigs, please allow 10-14 business.
